Pear helps you stay in tune with yourself and the people you care about by turning wearable data into a simple daily Vibe Score.

By using Pear, you agree to these Terms of Use.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Pear.
By using Pear, you confirm that you meet this requirement and will use the app in a lawful and respectful manner.
 

2. Your Account

You are responsible for:
   •    maintaining the security of your account
   •    all activity that occurs under your account
You agree not to:
   •    share your account with others
   •    create fake or misleading accounts
 

3. Your Content

You may post content such as:
   •    Vibe Scores and wearable data
   •    posts, comments, and profile information

You retain ownership of your content.

By posting on Pear, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to display and distribute your content within the app to operate the service.

You agree not to post content that violates our Community Guidelines.
 

4. Community Standards

Your use of Pear is subject to our Community Guidelines, which include a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive behavior.
We may:
   •    remove content
   •    restrict access
   •    suspend accounts
   •    permanently ban users
who violate these Terms or the Community Guidelines.
 

5. Safety & Moderation

Pear includes tools to help keep the community safe:
   •    reporting content
   •    blocking users
   •    content filtering

We review reports and take action, typically within 24 hours.
We reserve the right to take action at our discretion to protect users and the platform.
 

6. Health Disclaimer

Pear is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice.
All insights, including Vibe Scores and wearable data, are:
   •    informational only
   •    not diagnostic
   •    not a substitute for professional care

Always consult a qualified professional for medical concerns.
 

7. Privacy

Your use of Pear is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

We take reasonable steps to protect your data while enabling the functionality of the app.
 

8. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

   •    use Pear for illegal purposes
   •    attempt to access or interfere with our systems
   •    misuse or exploit the platform
 

9. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if:
   •    you violate these Terms
   •    you violate Community Guidelines
   •    your activity poses a risk to others or the platform

You may stop using Pear at any time.
